I'm alway...Hey thanks for leaving me a comment. I'm always happy to meet new blogging buddies. As for your doctor question, it depends on the pain and where it is. I've had foot and knee problems that the medical doctor just said take a pill and stay off of it but I don't have time for that. I went to a Chiropractor (sp?) who told me my problem is the arch of my foot. I've lost a lot of weight and and lost shoe sizes (7EW to child's 5). I was continuing to wear the bigger shoes. Now I have Nike Shox sneakers and no pain. Yes, they were expensive but worth every penny.JChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09958762456460566151noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4682676961259553460.post-42388169466092662009-08-12T19:19:39.571-07:002009-08-12T19:19:39.571-07:00I do hope your foot gets better on its own. I tend to wait a while before I go because I don't want to spend the money.

I'm so impressed that you exercise and work out with your medical condition. Good for you!Diane, Fit to the Finishhttp://www.fittothefinish.com/blognoreply@blogger.com
