Vacation time is quickly approaching, and I’m getting very excited. Although it hasn’t been too hot here so far, it’s always nice to get out of the desert and go to somewhere green. Green trees, green grass, green, green, green. Anything but brown. I’ll be gone for about eight days, and then I’ll get back into the grind. I don’t plan on logging any mileage on the virtual walk site while I’m gone. I basically use the site just for exercise mileage. I’m sure a lot of walking is going to happen on the trip.
Speaking of miles, I’ve racked up quite a few since my last post. I think I’ve got about 5 miles to upload. Plus, I’m going to post a few maps of how far I’ve gone. Let’s get to it.

And the general map photos were both captured at the 275.6 mark.

The black line is how much I’ve covered so far. The blue line is how far I have left to go. I’m about halfway through VA. I’ll probably take these map pictures every 50 miles. Or maybe ever 100 miles, I don’t know. It’s a good thing to look at every now and then. To see how far I’ve come. It’s also motivating me because I have a long long long way to go, and I want to finish one day. It’s going to take me years and years to finish, but it’ll keep me motivated.
